Demo instructions.

Use this page to test the current WhatsApp appointment workflow from end to end.

1. What this demo shows

NeuraFlow Zap receives WhatsApp messages, sends safe appointment-intake replies, stores events, and creates structured appointment requests for staff review.

2. First message

Send this message to the connected demo WhatsApp number:

Expected reply: a scheduling starter asking for consultation type, preferred date, and preferred time.

3. Second message

After the starter reply, send an example like:

General consultation tomorrow at 6pm

Expected reply: an acknowledgement that the appointment request details were received.

4. Verify live inbox

Open the live inbox to confirm the raw event chain.

5. Verify appointment request

Open the staff view and confirm the structured request appears. You can also test internal status changes.

6. Check system health

Open the health endpoint to confirm database, WhatsApp configuration, webhook counts, appointment counts, and automation counts.

This demo is administrative only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, prescription guidance, emergency support, or lab interpretation.

8. Known limitations

The current demo does not yet include real patient deployment, calendar booking confirmation, payments, or client onboarding.

Recommended order: send the WhatsApp messages, check Live Inbox, check Appointments, test status changes, then open Health Check.
